No kidding- vouchers for 300% above poverty level!!
And in other states, no income caps at all. Add to this situations where state officers, not local districts decide which schools can receive public funds and just watch the corruption opportunities grow.
Cautiously optimistic Texas doesn't pass vouchers. It got voted down in the House but there's still a few weeks left in the session.
