Josh Shapiro has been a swell governor of Pennsylvania, certainly far superior to some of the far right wingnuts that we've had running in this state.
And of course, privatizers can freely create more private schools, and fund scholarships to those schools. Or donate directly to provide needed supplies to underfunded public schools. But the goal is power and control.
