Crawford Central School District has joined the ranks of school districts in Pennsylvania considering anti-LGBTQ policies. And while their name didn't come up, the conservative christianist Independence Law Center fingerprints were all over the work.
I am in Southern York County where our school board just had 5 Republican-backed people voted in—4 of them are 2 married couples, which, I don’t understand how that’s not against the rules. They are going to vote next meeting in May on bringing in the ILC. Dover school district has apparently brought them on for a second time. It’s just everywhere. It’s very disheartening.
