Thank you for this. As a hs teacher for nearly 30 years I have come to believe that the greatest gifts I can give my students are my appreciation for who they are & what they bring into our space along with support in navigating failures or setbacks. Everybody needs to find their own “Sí se puede” (It can be done) but none of us find it by ourselves.
