So this popped up on Twitter. It was swarmed, "This is not education," said many posters. "This is a bad tweet, and you should feel bad for writing it." And "Our children do not exist to serve." And "This sounds like the Chamber of Commerce, not the Department of Education."
I saw this tweet last night - and the swarm of feedback - so, so disappointing that Cardona (or the DOE) thought this was what needed to be said. It does, however, point to a problem for the Democrats - while the GOP pushes vouchers, the Dem solution is always about "training for industry." Both parties are pushing a solution that benefits the oligarchy. Neither solution works for kids.
