Are "need arrested" and "need locked up" direct quotes? because this totally puts up the red flags of non-English speaking paid troll farm operatives. Or at least someone doing a copypasta without taking time to proofread the comments before posting.
Just saying this person does NOT sound like anybody's drunk uncle, because even drunk uncles would say "need to be arrested" and "need to be locked up" - unless they were doing copypasta of course.
Chloe, the person is a native English speaker, but the dropping of the “to be” verb should be a hint as to what part of the country this person is from.
They speak this way in Pennsylvania. This is not a troll farm operative, it's a man in his 20s who is on the school board and running for reelection. This is where I live and I also saw his posts with my own eyes.

I believe you but I live in Scranton Pennsylvania and I've never heard anyone say that, much less type it out.
I have seen the Facebook page these were taken from. They are verbatim quotes from a school board member of my school district.
